Menu

Gourmet platter: combination of jelly fish salad and pork char siew platter, steamed cold hainan chichken and beef soy, cold poached prawn adn fruits mayo.

Cold selection: Chinese cabbage and cay-sin roulade, cucumber salad in sesame garlic vinaigratte, Thai glass noodles with shrimp.

Hot appetizer: pork spare ribs Cantonese style, vegetables spring roll, fried squid with five spices.

Soup: hot and sour seafood soup & fried mantau.

Yum Cha dim sum:

Deep fried: fried squid rings, pangsit vegetables, salad harkok, money bag, chicken wonton.

Steamed: prawn dumpling, seafood siomay, pork bun, taosa bun, chicken feet.

Noodle: stir fried rice vermicelli with chicken, tami noodles with seafood, Singaporean noodle.

Porridge: chicken porridge with condiments, quail egg, chow mien noodle, cakwe, celery, fried shallots, spring onion, shredded chicken, salted Chinese cabbage, hot chili in soya sesame oil, chilli oil, sweet soya.

Hot section: wok fried beef in black pepper sauce, sweet and sour pork, steamed fish fillet with ginger and soy sauce, lou han cay, braised bok choi with garlic sauce, braised assorted seafood with silken tofu and mushroom, steamed rice.

Carving section: Peking duck and Chinese pancake, crispy chicken with condiments.

Chinese fusion dessert: chilled passion fruits and strawberries pudding, red bean brule, mochi, honey melon panacotta, Chinese pancake with vanilla sauce, khao neaw ma maung (mango stickly rice), sliced tropical fruits.

Indonesian heritage Chinese dessert: Kue Mangkok (steamed sweet rice cup), onde-onde (deep fried glutinous rice ball filled with sweet green bean paste), kue ku (steamed rice dumpling filled with green bean paste), kue lapis (steamed layered sticky rice cake).

Served by individual glass: tofu mousse with fruit salad, iced cincao, ice longan with keichi-berries, dragon fruit and tangerines.
