In addition to the Grand Ballroom, Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur Bali is also fully fitted with 14 meeting rooms in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit all occasions. Modern, bright and spacious, flexible spaces, our meeting rooms were built to suit a variety of needs whether board meetings, private conferences, product launches, seminars, presentations, in-house training or even a private party!
Named after all the different districts in Bali, each meeting room can accommodate a wide range of attendees from as little as 15 to as many as 250. This will depend on seating arrangements and based on new normal protocols. All meeting rooms are thoughtfully appointed and equipped with modern amenities and equipment such as audio/video, lighting, projector and a screen, fast wifi, air-conditioning and conference calls facilities. There’s also a private holding room for VIPs and guests of honours for those who need it.
Throughout your event, you will receive all the care and support from our team of staff including event managers, F&B team, technicians and IT teams. Choose from a variety of meeting packages to suit your budget and needs – all packages come complete with unlimited coffee and tea and mineral water and two types of cakes, pastries or snacks. Bali Ballroom - Griya Agung Ballroom
The Griya Agung Ballroom here at Prime Plaza Hotel is one of the most impressive function spaces in Sanur, Bali. Measuring 648.6 sqm, it is spacious and pillarless, with a 122 sqm stage and a ceiling height of 7.5 metres. The venue comes with its own dedicated marble lobby and a grand entrance for guests’ easy access, perfect for weddings, gala dinners, meetings, conventions and conferences.
There is plush carpeting, a beautiful ceiling, and lovely Bali-style finishing including impressive hand-carved double doors and a stunning giant chandelier at the entrance. Those planning an event here can expect cold and quiet air-conditioning, adjustable lighting, a crisp and clear sound system, and a new projector with a screen and microphones. There is also ample parking space to accommodate guests.
With new-normal protocols, the Griya Agung Ballroom can seat up to 448 people theatre style. Clients can also choose a banquet-style or cocktail-style layout and select their own theme and decoration. A team of staff will be on hand to support your event, including an event manager, wait staff, cleaning staff and technicians.
