Terms & Conditions
1. Rates are valid for the specified number of nights and all inclusions stated on the package, subject to 11% government tax & 10% service charge.
2. Rates are non-commissionable.
3. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card in order to make a booking.
4. Credit card will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah based on the hotel's exchange rate applied on the date payment is made.
5. IDR 10.000/room/night from room rate will be donated (no additional charge applied).
