Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur – Bali offers regular transportation services to Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport. A nominal fee applies. Please book in advance at the Concierge Desk located next to the Front Office.

Recommended arrival times at the airport for departing flights:

  • At least 1 hour before domestic flights
  • At least 2 hours before international flights
  • Approximate travel time to the airport is 60 minutes, but we suggest allowing extra time due to unpredictable traffic.

Babysitting services are available for an hourly fee. Kindly notify our Customer Service Attendant at least 8 hours in advance and provide the ages of your children and estimated time needed. A minimum charge of two hours applies. If the babysitter is required until late evening, a taxi fare will also be requested.

Parents must remain on hotel grounds while children attend Camp Splash. If parents plan to leave, a babysitter (with prior booking) is required for a small fee.

Registration is required at least half a day in advance.

Swimming Pool Relaxation & ‘Quiet Time’ - #8597
We aim to exceed your holiday expectations. Please help us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere around the pool by observing the following guidelines:

  • Pool Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
    The pool is closed afterward to respect guests’ quiet time and to allow staff to apply necessary chemicals and cleaning.
  • Daily Cleaning:
    Each morning, the pool is vacuumed after the water has settled overnight to ensure hygienic conditions.
  • Sun Loungers:
    If a lounger is unoccupied for an extended period, our recreation staff may remove towels or belongings to make it available for other guests.
  • Children:
    Kindly supervise your children to ensure they do not disturb other guests. Rough play and excessive noise are discouraged.
  • Safety:
    Please help prevent slips by drying feet before leaving the pool area.
    Do not dive or jump into the pool — some areas are shallow, with submerged steps or benches.
  • Evening Activities:
    Guests who wish to stay up late are welcome at the Lobby Lounge Bar, open until late.
    Please note: Poolside activity after 9:00 PM may disturb other guests.
