Airport Transportation - #8709

Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur - Bali provides regular transportation services to Bali’s International Airport, ‘Ngurah Rai’. A minimal fee applies. Please reserve in advance at the Concierge Desk next to the Front Office.

Guidelines for arriving at the airport for departing flights are:

- One hour before Domestic flights.

- Two hours before International flights.

- Approx. 60 minutes for travel time between hotel & the airport.

Baby Sitting - #8709

We are pleased to offer a babysitting service at an hourly charge. Please advise our Customer Service Attendant at least 8-hours in advance with the ages of your children and the approximate length of time the sitter is required. There is a minimum charge of two hours. Should the sitter be required to remain until late evening, then a taxi fare will be requested.

Babysitting services are subject to availability and prior notice is required. Meals can also be arranged from our Room Service menu.

There are some public beaches located in Sanur area. Here you will experience the excitement of day-to-day life in an authentic Balinese community. The local residences are friendly inquisitive folk who enjoy practicing their limited foreign language skills or offer to coach you in Bahasa Indonesia. We have a regular shuttle to take you to the public beach. Please check with our Customer Service Attendant for the schedule.

We would strongly advise guests to change their currency at an authorized money changer or bank. Guests are advised to be very cautious should they choose to exchange money with street vendors as unadvertised transaction fees are frequently added to conversion rates. Most street vendors are not licensed or regulated.

Visitors are encouraged to experience Bali’s delicious tropical fruits. We regret that Durian Fruit is not permitted within the Hotel due to its strong and lingering aroma, which can be offensive to other guests.

Our award-winning Camp Splash Kids Club is located at Prime Plaza Suites Sanur - Bali, only 2 km from the hotel. It is designed for children aged 6 to 12 years. Children under 6 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

Parents must be on the hotel grounds whilst children are in Camp Splash! If parents wish to leave the hotel grounds, they will be required to arrange for a Babysitter at a small fee. Prior notice is required for this service, and babysitters are subject to availability.

Please register children at least a half-day in advance. Programs are daily from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Parents have to pick their children for lunch. Our complimentary shuttle bus will take you there and back. Please call Hotline Service for shuttle schedule.

Activities at Camp Splash include water slides, game activities and climbing structures. In the adjacent area protected from any rain showers find the unique Teen Zone which features a video arcade. Kids can relax and enjoy their favorite foods while watching non-stop family movies on the big screen. Children from the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur – Bali, have free access to Camp Splash.

Sanur Port is located at Jalan Hang Tuah no. 17 Sanur Kaja, about 1.4 km or about 6-minutes’ walk from the hotel. Sanur Port serves sea crossings to Nusa Penida Island & Nusa Lembongan Island.

The crossing from Sanur Port to Nusa Penida Island and to Nusa Lembongan Island is available every day starting at 7.00am and the last at 16.00pm. There are many choices of fast boat operators that serve crossing this route.

Swimming Pool Relaxation & ‘Quiet Time’ - #8597

Our intention is to exceed all our guest’s holiday expectations. The following suggestions are made to ensure everyone is able to relax at the pool-side.

The swimming pool is operational between 9.00am - 9.00pm. It is then closed in consideration of children’s bedtime and other guests who wish to enjoy some ‘quiet time’ before retiring.

This also gives our staff the opportunity to add necessary chemicals to the pool to maintain the water quality. Every morning, we ‘vacuum’ the pool, this can only be done after impurities have settled to the bottom and when the water is ‘still’. Our goal is to provide a fresh hygienic pool for everyone’s enjoyment starting from 9.00am each day.

These are some other ways we try to anticipate your needs

  • Unless a sun lounge is actually being used, after a reasonable time, our recreation staff will remove unaccompanied towels and books etc. making sun lounges available for other guests to enjoy.
  • Kindly ensure that your children consider other guests’ comfort, please no ‘rough-housing’ or extreme noises.
  • Your safety is our major concern. Help us prevent slippery tile floors by drying everyone’s feet before leaving poolside.
  • The pool is shallow in some areas, there are also submerged steps and benches in places, so please do not dive or jump into the water.
  • Some guests may wish to retire early but for those who don’t, our Lobby Lounge Bar is an ideal place to ‘party’, and it’s open until the ‘wee hours’.

Any activity at the poolside after 9.00pm may be disturbing to other guests!
